Updates are made daily and include all non-faculty position listings from every school within the University. You can search for suitable opportunities by job category, school or department, salary range, keyword and other specific criteria. When you identify a position you are interested in and qualified for, you can apply directly, online. New opportunities become available frequently so it pays to check back often! You can only be considered for positions for which you have directly applied.

Harvard University Dining Services (HUDS) and Harvard University Operations Services (UOS) accept applications for employment in person and encourage "drop ins." Check them out online and then make time for a face-to-face visit.

Job Search Kiosks @ Harvard

You can view our online jobs database by visiting one of our self-service kiosks sited at three different campus locations. Although you will be able to view current opportunities, please note that these publicly located Kiosks cannot be used to submit an application.

Attend a Career Outreach Session for job seekers @ Harvard

In our ongoing commitment to our host communities, Harvard University is pleased to host a workshop series aimed at helping to provide job seekers with the tools and resources needed for an effective job search. The series features monthly sessions on various job search topics. The sessions are typically held on the first Wednesday of each month from 5:30 to 7:00 at the Harvard Information Center in Holyoke Center, 1350 Massachusetts Avenue, Cambridge. Everyone is welcome.
