Hiring @ Harvard

Q. How can I find a job at Harvard?

A. All available, non-faculty positions are posted on our website including many in research and academic support. Select “Search Jobs” from any page on our website to search for suitable positions and apply online. If you would like more information, you can contact Harvard University Employment Services at 495-2772.

You can only be considered for employment with Harvard University when you have applied to a specific job opening. For most positions, this is done by submitting your resume and cover letter online.

Harvard University Dining Services (HUDS) and Harvard University Operations Services (UOS) accept applications for employment in person and encourage "drop ins." Check them out online and then make time for a face-to-face visit.
