Getting Started

The first few weeks on the job can be confusing as you adjust to new systems and ways of doing business and try to master the logistics of your new workplace. Your manager and your local human resources office will be working together to help ensure that you complete the necessary paperwork and are placed on the payroll, get a Harvard ID, and receive a paycheck.
