New Employee Orientation - Cambridge, MA

Day and Time:  New Employee Orientation sessions for employees working in the Cambridge area are generally held every other Monday. (See list below for specific dates.) Sessions run from 9:00 am to 12:30 pm. A continental breakfast is available at 8:45 am.

Place:  Sessions are held in Room 3318 at the Center for Workplace Development (CWD) located on the Third Floor of 124 Mt Auburn Street, very close to Harvard Square. Click to view map and detailed directions to CWD.

Registration is required:  To request a seat in an upcoming orientation session for yourself or another employee, please email CWD at training@harvard.edu with the following information:

• The new employee’s name, title, and school/department;
• A telephone number and an email address where the new employee can be reached; and
• The date the new employee would prefer to attend orientation. See list of available dates below.

Confirmation Notice:  CWD will send an email to the employee (using the email address provided in the registration request) to confirm the date of the orientation session for which he or she has been registered. While CWD will do everything it can to accommodate first choices, please understand that space is limited and spots fill up quickly.
